This 2-1 race designed system CB360 TT “Sidewinder” is made entirely from Stainless Steel. It is purge welded and fully spring mounted in sections for quick installation and removal. The system offers full access to the oil filter case, oil drain and allows keeping the center stand in place. RRR’s unique 2-1 design follows modern design theory with a merge collector and staggered pulse wave sections. This system is made completely of thin wall stainless steel for maximum weight savings, it is almost as light as titanium. The Sidewinder exhaust fits close to the engine just under the clutch side case for that TT racer look. Our Megaphone Muffler offers just the right amount of noise reduction to make the system legal anywhere yet allows a stirring exhaust note. For track racers the exhaust system tucks under and to the side of the engine and sweeps up behind most rear set footpegs so that ground clearance is maximized. For Café Racer builders and Custom Motorcycle fabricators our CB360 vintage racing exhaust offers complete design flexibility as the system tucks in for a clean sculptured look. Main picture shows a stock CB360 with our 12″ Megaphone Muffler and classic tip. A noise reducer is offered as an option that cuts 4-5db of sound and is completely removable.
Our Stainless Steel design makes for a super light, strong and extremely durable exhaust system which will not rust. The RRR/Hindle CB360 TT Vintage Racing Exhaust System can be ordered as a complete system with a Stainless Steel Megaphone Muffler for $595.95 or can be ordered as Headers Only ($369.95). The Stainless Steel Megaphone Mufflers come in two lengths, 12 inch or 16 inch ($10), and are supplied with either a “Classic” tip (end cap) or a “Reverse Cone Slash Cut Megaphone” tip (end cap). In either case the cost of the Megaphone Muffler is $283.95 if ordered separately. The Stainless Steel Megaphone Muffler has a straight through perforated baffle core design wrapped with SS wool and ceramic cloth to insure long lasting performance. This straight through design lets the engine breathe yet is “relatively” quiet when trolling about town. When the throttle is opened, the system produces a rich mellow sound as it screams toward redline, truly fantastic! The 16 inch Megaphone is a little quieter than the 12 inch Megaphone.
Note – to help decide on muffler length and tip, look at my separate muffler section “RRR/Hindle Megaphone Mufflers” on page 2 of our exhaust section. These are the muffler choices supplied with each system and each picture has a descriptive caption
System Complete $595.90, Headers Only $369.95, Muffler Only $283.95 (savings of $58 when you buy the complete system).
