Billet Aluminum Oil Cooler Adapter – for the Suzuki GS Series from 1977-84 2 valve motors. Our adapter is designed so both feed and return hoses exit on the right hand side for simpler hose routing as Yoshimura did with their Superbike Racers.
The adapter pipe inlet and outlet are 1/4 NPT to allow the use of either AN6 or AN8 hoses. The adapter also has provision for the original oil pressure switch. Please use a fresh O ring gasket on base or re-use original with a little silicon seal seal to prevent any leaks. Add a bit of silicon seal around where top two hold down bolts connect with the top crankcase surface.

Overall machining is good. Mounting holes line up and threaded ports are all fine. Problem is the oil port is too long so even when you tighten down the mounting bolts, the adapter will never seat against the block and you’ll be pumping oil everywhere.

Never had this problem. Are you using the factory oil seal o ring that fits the identical grove in our adapter as was in the original block? If not you will have a leak.

I had same problem as Derek. Oil Pipe too long so block did not seat. Had to remove a few mm in the Mill to get it to seal.
